You Make the Mart
Welcome to the Arterrarium
We host a theme for 3 months that is open to EVERYONE's participation and response. Art, writing, music, dance, performance, lectures, ongoing projects, food - you name it - we welcome it as long as it responds to the theme. We encourage folks to make their works here on site in the arterrarium. Our themed shows grow as more people participate, collaborate, create and exchange, so we are always in need of participants to help bring a theme to life. Stop by anytime during mart hours to get to work/ play. It's free.
Changing and Growing
All work created for our shows is sold on consignment, and proceeds are split 50/50 with the makers. Other forms of exchange are welcome. As an art project in itself, frankenart is ever interested in making alliances with local businesses, artists, and tricksters to collaborate on themed experiments and projects as well. Contact us, we're probably game.

Dream Trade
The Frankenart Mart Stock Exchange (FMSE) is currently collecting dreams for potential investment and enactment. Feel free to submit your dream by email. In June, we will select 2-3 dreams to be invested in and traded on Dream Trade. Investors commit materials, time, energy, and knowledge that will help enact the dream. Once a critical mass has been gathered, investors will collectively enact the dream - making it 'real' in some form or fashion. Be sure to include your name with your dream submission.
Bedazzled Suits
If you drop off a business suit, Lou will bedazzle and embroider on it for you, but you must promise to provide photographic proof of you wearing the bedazzled suit at a future business or fancy function.
